Bandit Sign Campaign

Hello everyone, I am finally having the opportunity to dive into this Real Estate beast. I just bought a batch of blank 18x24 yellow corrugated plastic signs. I read around on a few different places that its better making you own signs Vs. buying a batch of them that was already preprinted.

The ugly ones get the most looks.

So I've decided to create my own signs. I also figured that the PPS(Price Per Sign) would be approx. 28.58% cheaper if i create my own signs. So that would enable me to purchase more on the budget that i set for this campaign.

Since i am also working on a limited budget, I've figured it would be best to put them out on Friday night and pick them back up on Sunday night. City workers don't work on the weekends ;).

I am also looking for better paint to use for the word house...so if anyone has any tips..post a reply. Here is the pics of the signs.

Love the initiative!

You're right, the city workers don't work on the weekends, neither do most prospects. I found the best response rates putting the signs out on Monday.

Best of luck!
