Rules & Tips of the trade?
Hi Everyone my name is shannon for the last few month ive been putting in a bit of research into real estate investing and real estate investing with no down payment(Subject to, Owner finance, ect) i was wondering if any one can give me tips on how to get started marketing get my first client and so on i am in colorado but looking to invest in wisconsin and texas also california so anything you guys have to offer would be great!
