Google AdWords Express vs Google AdWords

Which one would you pick for attracting seller leads ?

I been running an AdWords Express campaign with a higher end budget.  It has been quite disappointing with low quality leads.  Not to mention the lack of Analytics.

High end budget AdWords Express or lower end budget for standard AdWords.

I am switching it out to AdWords and see how it goes.

have your run either or both ? What is your take ?
