Mobile Home Dilemma = Rent or Sell?
In a sticky situation here, I purchased a new single-wide 3/2 mobile home in Fort Worth. Nice looking house with tile floors, no issues and never been occupied. Got it for a good deal, paid cash, but i'm stuck with a decision to make... should I try to resell it for more then I paid? Or rent it out and hold for the long term? BTW if you just simply tell me mobile homes are a bad investment, the deal is already done. Need to find the best investment strategy. Any suggestions?
