bandit signs in socal

hi guys I'm getting ready to launch a over all marketing campaign that includes direct mail and bandit signs, I'm familiar with direct mail but have never put up bandit signs before...I do see them all over town in my area ( riverside ) so I'm assuming they are working good. is anyone around here using bandits and having good results?? if so any advise as far as the do's and don'ts???  how many to put up? put them up and take them down or just leave them up? how many signs per area ect ??

I don't wholesale, I buy or move to the next deal.  Well my wife operates a real estate team in Corona, Ca so I refer sellers to her all the time.  I have Investments going In Riverside, Orange, San Brenardino, and San Diego County's. I purchesed a home from a wholesaler this week, so I know people do it.   Im just good at flipping and have a good model in place.  There are so many people in Southern California, 28 million I think.  You just need 4 to 6 deals per year to make 100 K plus per yr.
