How to distribute bandit signs?

Hey, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hope everyone is well and off to a great start

I am seeking your help BP Fam. I just recently purchased a couple hundred bandit signs that I am looking to put up in my area soon. I was curious on how I should distribute them and what key aspects should i look out for?

Any advice would be highly appreciated BP fam!

I broke my market up into 4-6 areas and would hit the same area every 4-6 weeks. Some areas the bandit signs are taken down quickly but if you put them up too frequently you may get a call from the city.

I would start with a set schedule and see how it goes. Then use those learnings to adjust the frequency.

Pretty much agree with Cameron. If you do go with bandit signs use google voice or something similar (don't put your primary phone on the sign) and that will help you avoid getting caught by the sign police. If you have someone put them out for you then utilize this

@ShaTerrica Hyder while they are illegal so is jaywalking. Yes, you may get some nasty calls but the odds of them fining you are slim to none.

A small tip: don't dabble in bandits while dabbling in another form of marketing. Pick a space and own it, otherwise you'll risk jumping between different forms of marketing talking about how they don't work.

When I did bandit signs it took at least a thousand to get a deal. 200 is dabbling and dabbling doesn't get deals.

I have a question regarding bandit signs. How often is everyone replenishing them? If you do a round of say 100 or 200 signs, how long do you wait before placing the next round? I'm trying to put together a marketing schedule and just wondering how often they need to be redone, based on y'alls experience.

And as for what @Cameron Tope said, I will be doing multiple marketing methods, but I also have the budget to do it and don't plan to stop after 100 signs. I'm just curious on how often they need to be replenished. :)

@Cameron Tope thank so for the advice I've come to that conclusion about not getting caught since I do have a sideline number I put on the signs , and I only have two methods of advertising right now. Bandit signs and door knocking as soon as foreclosure list is posted. I don't have 1,000 yet but I plan on putting up 100 signs every time I get paid until I'm at 1,000 or so. Any tips for door knocking ?
