Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and real estate investing.

I have been doing a lot of research about wholesale deals and have narrowed down my category to probate properties. So far I have built a list of leads from court house filings (it is relatively miniscule at this time). The next step I plan to do is start getting a letter together. which I have been working on.
