When marketing to probate are you only marketing to those estates with wills, or estates without wills as well. Seems like a long process, is there a good target timeline after the estate is announced?

3 months?

I am assuming that you are sending form letters?

Thanks

I have a feeling Pete is not sending any letters but he is teaching others how to do it. As I recall, Pete sold his houses in 2006 and decided to teach. Check a link in his signature.
