How many calls should I get from 1000 postcards?

Hey guys, I sent out 1000 postcards to absentee homeowners last week I finally got the calls today but from 2 sellers who doesn't sound motivated and 1 angry man asking to be taken off the list. I want to know how many calls should I be expecting from that many post cards and if I should continue doing direct mail.

The real answer is nobody knows. Postcards and Letter’s have not been working as well for me as they have years gone by. The person that insinuated that you would buy one property from 1000 postcards probably doesn’t do much direct mailing in my opinion . If I could buy one property from ever 1000 postcards, I would definitely be sending more postcards.
