What's the best way to generate leads out there. I know a few and tried the following
Direct mail
Postcards
Google adwords
Bandit signs
Networking with other REI people at local REIAs
Any thing else or any clever ideas for reaching:
Vacant property owners
Distressed sellers
Triple D owners
Hard to reach foreclosure lists from banks
Any experience or success at the courthouse steps? Foreclosure auctions?
