I want to hire a virtual assistant to take over my marketing does anyone out there have anyone they can refer me to?? Someone to run my direct mail and help out with ppc and FB advertising.???

I run a PPC agency (we manage both Adwords and Facebook ads, among others), so my advice when going to upwork for this service is not to find the cheapest person. Being a good Adwords/FB manager means you generate a LOT of ROI for your clients. If someone isn't charging a lot for this service, that means they aren't very good, or not experienced enough to know they should be charging more. The latter is few and far between, but you might get lucky. Also, as I've conducted interviews for dozens of PPC managers, it's almost impossible to tell the difference between someone who can 'talk' about PPC, and someone who can actually implement it, without me giving them instructions and sitting over their shoulder to verify their knowledge. It's very easy to sound smart, and if you know next to nothing about online advertising, you're a sitting duck for a scammer to come along, wow you, and waste your money. Good luck!
