How to choose the proper 1031 Turnkey company
there are many TK companies - Holton Wise, Smartland,JWB, Memphis Invest, Buy Memphis Now, USREEB & many others...and so many areas to consider ....how can you do successful due diligence
without boots on the ground....?Testimonials are great but are they enough?Is there a systematic and comprehensive way to do this?
