Mapping where cash buyers/investors are looking?

Hi BP,

Not sure if this is a thing, but I am a visual/numbers person and would like to see on a map (like HAR/Zillow map search) where investors are getting deals. I know realitors have access to sold pricing and you can pay to get information on absentee owners with 100% equity.

I would find it extremely useful to see that information overlay on a map interface online. Just for Planning purposes for a marketing campaign and to see what actual purchase prices were.

I guess I would have to get my RE license to put this together.

Any thoughts on this? Or other ways of looking at it?
