How to Use ListSource..??

Hey guys,

So this question will reveal the newbie-newness that I still have but here it goes! Just was about to purchase my first list from ListSource for a direct marketing campaign and I get to the purchase page and then there's a bunch of different options for "Output Packages" that you can add to the order....

Are these additional output packages necessary? ListSource suggests "Standard Mortgage Leads" and "Property Detail Report Fields" but wouldn't I rather something like "Contact List Report Fields" or "Property Information Contact List"?...

Or do I even need anything? Obviously I at least want the address of both the property and the owner of the property haha (in the case of absentees). I'm down to pay the extra to get what I need but I also don't want to burn money away...

So yeah.... Help! Lol

So it just gives access to 5 states. It's called PropertyRadar.com. But seems like a very good service if you're active in those states. It has data for CA, WA, OR, NV, and AZ.

@Justin Koopmans that is a pretty good deal what site are you using?  Since you have unlimited leads my comment is N/A since you are able to test different filters to see what works best at no additional cost.  Does the $60 give you access to pull lists just in your area or nationwide?

Thanks @Tony Battle! No I haven't purchased the list yet, I've actually found a site that will give me access to all the leads I want for $60/mo, so I think I am going to sign up for that.

But what do you mean that I should set up with a service that can help with the filters? And how small would you recommend starting out on the first list?

@Justin Koopmans I dont think you need any of those add ons.  It is just like any other company trying to get you to buy more at checkout.  As long as your filters are on point your list should be pretty solid.  Did you already purchase the list?  I would suggest starting off small to make sure your filters are producing good leads.  Also, you should set up with a service that can help you with the filters and get owner contact info.  Using a service should get your costs per lead down as well.
