@Robert Keys Welcome to BP ! There is a ton to learn here. I would start by doing a bit of reading up on wholesaling, which you can do at the following links:

Wholesaling regulations can be very specific to your county laws. Try connecting with people who are in your neighborhood doing exactly what YOU want to do ! And see if you can add some value to them in exchange for them teaching you a thing or 2
