How to handle FOLLOWING UP with sellers?

Hi BP, so I've been taking serious action mailing out and talking to sellers and Ive been gathering up each individual sellers information and storing it in Manila file folders like the good old days. What's the best way for me to follow up with these sellers using modern technology? Is there an app or how about Podio? Any thoughts? Thanks.

Jose - get yourself a crm ie. Act or salesforce and follow up with phone calls. The good ole fashion kind. Face to face meetings are the next step whenever possible. There is no other secret sauce.
