"Listsource" and other similar companies has been a good concept, but because of over saturation in the market with those particular lists, it becomes obsolete. My brother, @Account Closed, and I focus on building our own lists of probates and absentee code violations. The results are exactly to expectation in our market. Helping people who not enough people market to, and having no bid wars or competition fighting for the leads. We can easily create a more EXCLUSIVE list in your market place. We have created and SOLD lists in other desired market places to meet previous investor's demands. I encourage you to message me if you're interested in quality lead lists that have proven to generate deals in multiple market places.
