Will work for free in Charlotte NC
Ok so here is the deal. I really really want to get started in real estate investing. I don't know exactly what I want to do yet but I am thinking buy and hold. I learn best by doing and hands on but honestly I am not quit there yet.
About me, I work as an inspector for a large Pest/termite control company here in charlotte. This gives me access to a lot of properties before the seller has even talked to a real estate agent (wanting an inspection so they are not surprised when they go to sell).
If I know what you are looking for I can find you a deal. I don't want any cut of the deal I just want to shadow as you work it from start to finish.
