Direct mail list management

I'm looking for an easy way to manage mailing lists. I want to add, say, 10 leads to my list each week. Then, on week 1 they get mailed item 1, on week 2 they get item 2, etc. It is just like an email campaign but for direct mail. You assign a lead (or leads) to the campaign and they get stuff mailed out on a schedule. Anyone doing this?

I'm having a hard time explaining to the postcard companies what it is I want to do, I was hoping that someone has solved this and has either software in place to manage the lists, or a company that prints postcards and will manage them for me and do the mailing.
