Chase Bank REO Property

A big hello to all BP members, this is my first post.  I am very new to the industry but have been doing research on a home that I have information has been foreclosed on by Chase Bank.  The house has recently burnt down and I would like to move in and purchase the property directly from the bank for cash, prior to them having to tear it down.  Does anyone have any experience working with Chase, or any contacts that may assist me in getting to speak with the asset manager that would be in charge of this type of deal?  Everyone I speak to through the bank refers me to their website which only shows homes listed through a realtor.  My goal is to purchase directly from the bank.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, if any more information is required in order to push this deal forward, let me know.  Thanks in advance.  The property is located in northern New Jersey if that information helps at all.
