San Antonio Direct Mail Questions

I bought a list from listsource. I have about 270 mailing addresses for my first campaign. I’m wondering how I should mail out to these people. I’m targeting negative equity properties but am not sure as far as white letters or yellow letters, handwritten or typed, mailing frequency, etc. I’m looking for some experience because I’m definitely feeling like a noob.

As someone who has received these letters on a regular basis, I'd recommend something that stands out. Forget the yellow letters because those all say the exact same thing and we got 6 in the span of 4 months. Try postcards with your picture or a catchy phrase once a month. That way your market will remember you and not toss it in the trash without reading it!
