I Need A Phone Script For Pat Live, Please Help.
Hi All,
I want to start outsourcing my business more and I'm looking into having Pat Live answer my incoming seller calls. I need a proven, effective script that I can use. My niche is wholesaling and the lists I mail to are absentee owners, expired MLS, and probate mainly. I know what I say to sellers but I've always had trouble outsourcing my business, please help me out.

OK, it's the kind of thing I call and then hang up on after I figure out I'm talking to some scripted operator....get an assistant and teach them what you need.
