Rehab numbers, You got em?
Hi, I'm Allen. Been in the upstate Greenville SC area for about 7 months now. I plan to have enough money together to partner with someone with my first flip by Jul 1st. I'm looking for local investors or flippers who might of made a list breaking down the individual cost of the things that need to be repaired or replaced in an average flip. IE, cabinets-$2500, Tile floors in the kitchen- $900, new toilet- $90....and so on. Anyone out there have any "Average" price breakdowns in my area (or know where to find some)??
