National Do Not Call-How to avoid fees and penalties?

Hi,

Curious to know how those that are calling daily are calling their lists and avoiding the DNC registry? Do you guys use a service to double check? I am ready to scale my business and am planning to use REISkip and Voicemail drop but am also planning to make tons of calls myself and telemarketers but worried about running into DNC registry issues..

Any advice would be great!

Thanks

I'm actually just trying to find out how to sue telemarketers, since I'm inundated with robocalls, even though I'm on the DNC list. I hope more people will do that. I assume anyone calling me, even though I'm on the list, is a scammer and has no ethics and I would never, ever do business with them.
