Direct mail help, absentee owner and tax delinquent
Looking for some assistance in better adjusting my direct mail list. I already do absentee owner direct mail but would like the ability to input my existing list and scrub it against delinquent taxes as well. Cant do this by hand one at a time, list are 10k to 20k in length so need to be able to export my list as a whole to be scrubbed. Any advise greatly appreciated!
