Can't get in touch with the wholesaler

I have found a steal of a deal and can not reach the wholesaler I have tries5everyway possible to contact him but it's a no go... what should I do i can NOT miss this deal!

@Jessica Gentry so the deal from the wholesaler you can't reach was a potential fix and flip I assume?

If they are not responding, there is a reason and it doesn't really matter what the reason is. Just know that the deal is gone, but there will always be more deals.
