Marketing Recommendations for targeting sellers/foreclosures
Just starting up and would like some guidance/advice on marketing for motivated sellers in particularly foreclosures in the San Antonio, Tx area. Thank you.

Thanks for the info/advice. I am actually going to flip them my self, I have a Remodeling company as well. The issue I’m having is finding motivated sellers/deals. I haven’t really tried buying from any wholesalers before but I’m willing to research and try new things.
