I have the money but no job, how can i get started

ive hit a learning wall but i know there is away around it. how can i buy and hold a property when i have the money but have no job? can anybody help me solve this question so i can understand and have more financial education.

 If you've got money and no job, you're a self employed real estate investor.  :)
