Call taking Direct Mail Service
Looking for a service to help take on the load of phone calls coming in from a direct mail campaign.
Anybody know of a good service that helps take incoming calls and organizing the information from those calls into an easily digestible format?
I only really need advice with this since I will be working a full-time job and won't be able to leave my desk to take multiple calls per day. Any advice would be appreciated.
