I'm Co-Wholesale Houston

I receive property lists from other wholesalers and agents. I can only receive payment from the buyer on a separate check. I think this could be problematic. Anyone been in this situation and have tips? If it's a deal including my fee would there really be a problem? I can't even post the deal, so how do I find buyers and not other wholesalers?

Legally realtors can only pay referral fees or commissions to realtors. If you want to get paid on a cowholesale deal then you should set up a joint venture agreement with the other wholesaler.
