Paid off property and $100,000 to invest

Inherited my fathers property which is a four bedroom two full bath 1400 square-foot home 900 feet is a slab and the other 500 ft.² is a split level with basement on bottom and two bedroom one full bath up top. Comps in area= 150,000-180,000$. And the school district is 8/10. And property sits within 1/8 mile of schools. Not subdivision home on quiet road. Not a lot of noise.
