Hi All!

This is my first day as a bigger pockets member, although I've lurked here for the past 6 months....

I have a question regarding websites.

Basically what I want to do is capture motivated seller leads and I want to do that by organically moving up the google rankings through blogging and SEO. I would also like to document my business online and show investors what I'm doing. Would it be better to have two separate websites, one for sellers and one for my business, or have one site where the domain is my company name and I document my business and have a section of that site be for sellers?

Looking forward to contributing to the site! Thanks for your help!
