Hi BP family

Quick question what is converting better for you Voicemail Drops or Text Message Marketing ????

-using List Source and Propstream to pull list

- using batch skip tracing for the phone numbers

- slybroadcast for the voicemail drops

but I am debating on trying texting message marketing just want to know your guys experience on TXT blast ?

I have been told by numerous individuals in the know that both RVMs and SMS fall under the TCPA and are illegal unless the person receiving the RVM/SMS has given you prior consent by opting in. It is only a matter of time before they start really cracking down on both RVMs and SMS marketing.

Doesn’t matter if you didn’t put a ring on it: ringless voicemails are “calls” under the TCPA

This is from another investor I know:  We operate under a pseudo name when RVM leads come in. I know a few people who have been sued. Most only have had to pay a couple to a few thousand, but I know someone who had to pay $20k. If I get sued, I will chalk it up has cost of doing business. Hopefully that won’t happen. But we make enough off one deal that a lawsuit shouldn’t hurt too much.

If you are going to do RVMs and/or SMS marketing... be warned and prepared for the potential consequences.
