Need recommendations for contacting market property owners

Hello again BiggerPockets users,

I just submitted my first list to a skip tracing website. When I get the information I plan to contact every owner. I want the highest percentage of people to respond back. I wanted to know what you're recommendations are for;

1) Ringless voicemail service

2) Batch Dialing ( robot dialing)

3)Direct mail services

4)Program to track all of this
