Marketing Strategies: Texting and RVM

Hey all! I'm doing some research before incorporating texting and RVM into my marketing strategy. What are some of the best platforms out there that offer these tools?

Also, what are some best practices to utilize texting and RVM while remaining compliant with FCC regulations on telemarketing?

@Travis Steinemann From what I have been told, it is still considered a solicitation call and treated as such. I personally know people that have been sued for both SMS and RVMs so use at your own risk and be prepared for potential consequences.
