Hello! I have been doing wholesaling and flipping for a few years and loving it! Just made an amazing contact to pull any list I want or skip trace who I want using Lexus nexis. I know a decent amount of the capabilities but do you know what creative lists we can find??
I’m excited as our database feels stale with all the typical lists everyone normally pulls.
