Who has used Open letter marketing?

Hello BP members,

I am a wholesaler in Lake Stevens, WA. I have mainly used hand written yellow letters to contact sellers.

I am looking for better ways to automate my process to free up time for me to find more leads, I have seen people mention Open Letter Marketing on the BP pages. Who has used this before? And What did you like about it?

Hi Jacob! I don't have a solution for you, I just wanted to say hi. Not a Wholesaler, but I am a new investor, living in the Tacoma area. My business partner is in Lake Stevens. We'll be investing in both areas.

We're just getting started but will be using a direct marketing to generate leads. If I find something that eases the process, I'll pass it along.

Hi @Jacob Jones.

Don't remember the policy on sharing companies so just message me if you want websites, but here are a few companies.

• -Evergreen Print and Mail. The mastermind group I am a part of uses them a lot and I hear they provide great service.
• -YellowLetterHQ. This is the one I have been using for my mail (though not a ton of mail yet) and they have been quite easy to use. Decent price and good selection of mail.
• -Yellowletters. Another regular mail house.

Figure out the quantity of mail you plan to send. The type of mail (postcard, letters, etc). The style of mailing you want to send if you are doing non-custom mail. Then do a price comparison. I think most of them are pretty reliable for regular mail. It's when you start doing a high volume that the specifics and penny savings really start to add up.
