Where to go for Sec. 8 owners

I have seen some of you are marketing to Section 8 owners. I have been trying to get my hands on the list in Nashville, TN and have failed. I have called the MDHA and the rare occasion I get to talk with someone they have no idea what I'm asking for. If you have done marketing to this group please let me know how/where you got your list.
