How can I a young teen turning (18) get into the real estate market other than learn online...when can I get in touch with real estate investors who can be a great help for me at at a young start?

Attend local REIA meetings, meetups and REI events. Many are currently held on Zoom since we are social distancing still. This is the best way to network. Follow BP and use your local area to post in. Listen to podcast to learn as well. Podcast are a great way to learn from successful investors.
