Where do you find lease option tenants?
I'm curious how folks are sourcing tenants when doing lease options for a single family home. Are you just listing on Craigslist yourself or using an agent to help find? Where do I start? Specifically, I have rentals in Memphis that I'm looking to switch over to lease option deals.
