I’m learning about RE and I’ve decided that I want to invest.

But I’m having trouble mapping out goals and plans that seem achievable I’m learning this on my own so far and would appreciate some advice

I’ve always been a hands on learner

Use your own logic, absolutely educate yourself and give yourself 1 month to educate yourself and decide on a course of action. Once that month is over, if you are not convinced that the course of action is solid makes logical sense and you have unbiased justification that that plan is the smarted course you can take, forget it!

Understand the motivated seller, instead of understanding these guru BS strategies on how to magically make a deal.

Simply understand the procedure and the seller, and then you can develop your own strategies!
