VA cold calling setup HELP in the Philippines

I recently started using a VA in the Philippines to make calls. My US team has used Mojo and CallRail successfully for years. I ran into problems internationally trying to find a way for my VA's to connect to Mojo with their CallRail numbers. We have tried Skype and Google Voice with varying degrees of success and dependability. Does anyone have a solution?
