Lorain Ohio rental market

Posted

My business partner and I just closed on 16 rental units in Ohio. One of the buildings is in Lorain and on the first day a tenant in a four bedroom unit is leaving. How aggressive do I need to be to rent the apartment? I am a member of numerous Facebook groups (most specific to lorain) and plan to post there. Should I also put it on zillow\realtor.com\trulia etc? Seems a 4 bedroom in lorain is not as typical as the 1 and 2 bedrooms. Easy to rent, or more challenging? Just learning the market for this.

And the tenant is free to leave, was on a month to month.
