What should I do with these 4 SFR Properties?
I recently purchased an off-market deal (For sale by owner) from a local investor. He also has 4 other properties that he looking to sell and asked me if I was interested in buying them. Unfortunately, I have too many other projects going on at this time and out of capital. What should I do with theses properties? Should I try to wholesale these?
