20% Down on First Investment?
Should I be looking to put down 20% on my first investment? Yes it brings down the monthly mortgage payments, but what is the lowest percentage you should go on a down payment? I’m looking to put down engender from 25k-30k. Would it be smart to stick to 20%? What are your thoughts on this? Looking for guidance!
