Accounting software for rentals

Any recommendations for accounting software for multi unit rentals?

Also looking for a software to find property owners for properties mainly 3 units and up

I highly recommend Xero for the accounting software. Its more cost-effective than QBO, coming in at about a third of the price of QBO Plus (which is the minimum subscription you can have with rental properties due to need for class/location tracking.)

Xero also connects natively with lots of apps, including HubDoc for receipt management.
