Looking for Property Management for AirBnB in Dayton, OH
HI All,
As the title suggests, I own an AirBnB in Dayton that I can no longer manage myself. I've done some googling but have not been able to find anyone in the Dayton area that does AirBnB property management. I'm basically looking for someone to take over the whole thing from me.
- Manage Nightly Rates
- Communicate with Guests
- Schedule cleanings
- Restock consumables as needed
- Remediate potential maintenance items
The property is a duplex which is admittedly not in the best part of town but performed well ($3500+ /mo) before I turned it off since I was no longer able to keep up with it. If anyone is aware of any local companies and/or individuals who do such a thing, that would be much appreciated. Otherwise, I am interested in selling the property since I am not currently able to support the AirBnB demand like I thought.
