Short term rental property agreement
Hello,
Does anyone have copies of short term rental property management agreements that they like and would be willing to share? Particularly, from the owner’s perspective which clearly spells out the duties and responsibilities of the property management company, and any associated liability that they would be responsible for? This pertains to properties in AZ and FL. Thank you very much!
