Questions to ask current Tenants.
I am a Property Manager that is about to take over about 20 long term rentals that are mostly occupied. I need to make an info sheet for each property that has details like gas/electric, cable ready, utility providers, etc., that future tenants would want to know. What other questions should I ask? Thanks!
