Rental management tool & separate bank accounts?

Question

Can someone please recommend a management tool that will allow the deposit of separate properties rents into separate bank accounts?  I currently use Zillow and it only allows one account to be linked to all properties.  I know this should be an easy one and I did search the forums first (a little).  Thanks in advance for your help.

I currently use Tenant Cloud, and you can set it up as if you're a property manager and send different payments to different bank accounts. I'm not sure you'll find what you're looking for in a free option, but I think the tier to allow multiple owners in Tenant Cloud is like $40 a month.

Hi @Greg Campbell I use the Facebook marketplace to find Tenants along with the MLS. Pre pandemic and post I have had the same experience you just mentioned, but I still am able to find applicants and schedule showings. It’s about 1 showing for every 50 responses to my ad. It’s still a decent place to find Tenants. I highly recommend against Zillow though. They are decent at finding me renters, but they have terrible business practices that will drive you crazy. They made me sign a contract to use their service and never gave me anything that was promised in the contract. Also very hard to get in touch with if you have any issues.

If you are struggling to find a Tenant you may want to consider getting a Realtor/Property Manager to get it on the MLS. These are just my thoughts on the situation. Best of luck to you!

Sorry I didn’t make it clear  I am willing to pay for the tool  Jist looking for one with the features mentioned RE separate deposits into separate bank accounts  Let me know if you have any suggestions

Most PMC softwares allow this, but they aren't for free.

Suggest amending your post to state "Free" or what you're willing to pay per door.
